Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional who can manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll, HRIS management, expense processing, audits, and compliance, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle & Documentation

  • Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and induction sessions.
  • Manage employee documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of employee records in HRIS.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, reimbursements, etc.).
  • Should have done Inhouse payroll processings.
