Overview

The role focuses on HR Operations - Payroll Terminations experience within the APAC region, supporting payroll processes and related controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end payroll support in AU, including terminations processes and quality checks of payroll files.
• Demonstrate strong regulatory understanding and payroll compliance.
• Manage payroll processing using SuccessFactors EC/ECP tools, including redundancy calculations and handling high-volume scenarios.
• Assess payroll risks and implement potential mitigations/controls.

Qualifications

• Core AU end-to-end payroll experience (5+ years), preferably within financial institutions such as banks.
