Human Resources Operations Specialist

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in Human Resources processes , particularly in employee offboarding , ATS management , and HR data administration . This role will be key in ensuring well-structured processes, compliance, and accurate tracking of employee and candidate information.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end employee offboarding process , ensuring compliance with internal policies and proper documentation.
• Administer and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) , including candidate status updates, job closures, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and candidate databases .
• Support internal audits related to HR processes.
• Prepare and update HR operational reports for decision-making.
