Duration : 12 months with possibility of extension



Work Environment & Schedule:

  • Onsite, desk-based role with headset usage.

  • Service Center hours: Monday Thursday @ 7:00 AM 4:00 PM/Friday 7 AM 3:30 PM.

  • Must be flexible to occasionally work outside standard hours, including:

    • Early morning onsite hours on Wednesdays (starting at 6:00 AM) on a rotating basis with team members.

    • Flexibility required a few times per month.
