Job Summary

The Human Resources Partner (HRP) Manager independently manages comprehensive human resources services for the School of Public Health, a large and complex academic unit. This role serves as the primary HR leader and strategic partner to School leadership, including the Dean and senior administrative executives, while coordinating closely with the Office of Human Resources.

The HRP Manager leads and integrates recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, workforce planning, and compliance activities in a fast-paced academic environment.
