At Aptiv as **Human Resources Partner (Talent, Benefits & Compensation) **you will be able to develop activities focus on management of Talent, Benefits, Compensation and General Services for Aptiv employees.
**Your Role**:
- Supporting Talent Acquisition & Development.
- Responsible for new employees Onboarding.
- Supporting local administration of employees benefits.
- Supporting compensation activities: reviews, proposals and compensation forecasts.
- Supporting employee engagement review and proposal activities according to business needs.
- Monitoring and improvement area KPIs.
**Your background**:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration, IT, HR, Lawyer, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development Administration, Compensation & Benefits
- Strong skills in analytics
- Strong skills in negotiation
- Strong skills in communication
- Business fluent English
