Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll operations, salary processing, and compliance with Indian labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly salary sheets for employees

• Ensure accurate calculation of CTC, earnings, deductions, arrears, and incentives

• Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other statutory deductions

• Manage PF & ESIC challans, returns, and compliance

• Maintain payroll records, employee data, and MIS reports

• Coordinate with finance for payroll closure and audits

• Handle salary-related queries and resolve discrepancies
