Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible to schedule skills & final interviews (per day interview completion target – 25)
  • Schedule interviews through interview scheduling tool (Hirepro/Hirevue)
  • Ensure interview scheduling template is followed by stakeholders
  • Monitor interview progress from interview scheduling till interview completion
  • Highlight interview scheduling roadblocks to recruiters/recruitment leads
  • Share real-time suggestions to increase efficiency (reduce not scheduled/interview cancellations/candidate or EI no-show)
  • Coordinate with tech team to resolve technical issues hindering interview completion
  • Report back to recruitment leadership on daily interview scheduling progress

Coordination with Recruiter:

  • Educate recruiters on the interview scheduling process
  • Ensure recruiters provide details in the interview scheduling template
