Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including understanding job requirements, creating JDs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Source talent through multiple channels such as job portals, social platforms, professional networks, referrals, headhunting, and industry events.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies to improve quality of hire, hiring speed, and employer branding.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions and future hiring requirements.
