Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter to join our in-house HR team based out of Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring majorly for non-tech roles across functions, handling 20+ open positions at a time in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You’ll play a key role in attracting top talent, driving a smooth hiring process, and building strong partnerships with business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles across business functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, define role expectations, and create compelling JDs.
