Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR & Recruitment Specialist based in India to manage end-to-end HR operations while also supporting recruitment activities primarily in India and, when required, in the United States. This role will be responsible for core HR functions including payroll, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and talent acquisition support.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations (Primary Focus)
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for India employees in coordination with payroll vendors
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, system access, and exit formalities
  • Manage statutory compliances including:

Provident Fund (PF)

ESI

Professional Tax (PT)

Gratuity

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
