Human Resources Shared Services

US Shared Services will be responsible for leading shared services operations across North America , which includes the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia .

This role will oversee the delivery of centralized support services, ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement. The incumbent will manage a regional team and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality services across HR, finance, procurement, and other back-office functions.
