The role serves as a key partner to the HR Manager, balancing core administrative functions with the creative execution of internal communications and employer branding strategies.
Human Resources & Employee Engagement
Create visuals and communications, including posters, notices, circulars and HR announcements for internal events and staff announcements.
Support staff engagement initiatives and welfare programs to enhance workplace culture.
Assist with work pass administration under the guidance of the HR Manager, including applications, renewals and cancellations.
Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with PDPA.
Compile timesheets, overtime and leave records to support payroll processing.
Monitor employee training certifications and coordinate training or refresher sessions as required.
Assist with employee compliance tasks, including security bond renewals, scheduling medical check-ups, and maintaining PCP, insurance and WICA records.
