This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources professional. The HR professional will be responsible for managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment standards, overseeing employee benefits processes, and managing day-to-day personnel matters. Additional responsibilities include providing guidance to employees, enhancing workplace culture, and assisting with general HR management functions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Experience with Employee Benefits administration
  • Expertise in Personnel Management and employee relations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
