Job Description

We are looking for a HR Specialist - Digital HR, HRIS & Talent Ecosystem that will play a central role in modernizing and digitalizing the global HR function. This position leads the implementation, rollout, and optimization of the HRIS platform; drives the digital transformation of core HR processes; builds and maintains the Talent Ecosystem; and acts as HR Business Partner for smaller countries, ensuring consistent and high‐quality HR delivery.
