Job Description

  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide support for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on various HR initiatives such as onboarding and compliance.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
