Overview

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and organizational structure.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Manage the offboarding process for employees leaving the organization, including exit interviews and final paperwork.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in an HR role, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
