Human Resources Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a fast-growing data center developer in Finland. This role blends hands-on HR operations with end-to-end recruitment ownership, helping the business scale smoothly while maintaining a supportive, high-performance culture.

You’ll be a key partner to leadership, project managers, technical teams, and contractors making sure our people processes run like clockwork and our talent pipelines stay healthy.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR questions in Finland, supporting employees across multiple sites.
• Oversee employment contracts, amendments, documentation, and compliance with Finnish labor law.
• Support onboarding & offboarding, performance reviews, training coordination, and employee relations.
