Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on HR Specialist with a proven NBFC background who will own end-to-end hiring and core HR execution for Choice Finserv. The role requires deep exposure to NBFC-specific hiring, statutory compliance, and branch-led operations, with the ability to independently drive outcomes rather than rely on central teams.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

• Own end-to-end recruitment for NBFC roles including:

• Credit, Risk, Underwriting

• Sales & Business Development

• Collections (Field & Tele-calling)

• Operations, Compliance & Audit

• Technology & Analytics (NBFC systems)

• Design and execute volume and lateral hiring strategies aligned with business growth.

• Build and manage NBFC-specialized consultants, local recruiters, and referral channels.
