The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process end-to-end (including onboarding)
Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Act as a point of contact for employees and support management on HR-related matters
