Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a HR Specialist - Digital HR, HRIS & Talent Ecosystem that will play a central role in modernizing and digitalizing the global HR function. This position leads the implementation, rollout, and optimization of the HRIS platform;
drives the digital transformation of core HR processes;
builds and maintains the Talent Ecosystem;
and acts as HR BusinessPartner for smaller countries, ensuring consistent and high‑quality HR delivery.

This role is key to enabling the global HR Transformation Roadmap , strengthening efficiencies, and supporting a high‑performance and development‑focused culture as outlined in initiatives such as the Talent Ecosystem and HR modernization programs.
