Job Description
Responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding. This role works closely with hiring managers to attract, identify, assess, and hire top talent aligned with organizational goals while ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including job scoping, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, job offer, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Create engaging job advertisements and post them across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
- Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, employee referrals, job fairs, and other creative sourcing methods.
