About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to support and optimize day-to-day HR processes across the organization. This role is essential for ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a seamless employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, and Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute operational HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, HR data management, employee movements, contract generation, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Support payroll processes by validating employee information, salary updates, leaves, and any required changes.
