FirstSource Title Agency is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented HR Specialist to support the financial and people operations that keep our team running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to resource for payroll, benefits questions, and behind-the-scenes operational support and who takes pride in doing things accurately and on time.
As the HR Specialist at FirstSource Title Agency, you will play a key role in managing payroll, accounts payable, and employee support functions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate payments, timely payroll processing, smooth onboarding experiences, and serving as a trusted point of contact for employee benefit and payroll-related questions.
This is an in-office position based in our North Ridgeville, Ohio, location, working closely with leadership and the broader team to support day-to-day operations.
