Human Resources Specialist

• Fluency in English & French are required (German is an asset)
  
• Bachelor's degree in HR, law or related field required
• 5+ years' experience working as HR Specialist in an international organization
• Proven experience in labor relations
• Experience working with an HR shared service center
• Energetic, can-do attitude, open mindset & cultural sensitivity
• Ability to drive results, liaise with senior stakeholders and implement HR strategies on a national & functional level
• Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy & efficiency
• Experience of working within large, multinational companies
