Job Description

HR Specialist plays a key part in executing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality support to both corporate employees and operational teams. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Experience in a Retail, TNVS, Logistics, Transportation, environment is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, timekeeping, and payroll software (e.g., Sprout, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee benefits, and statutory compliance (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
