• Own the entire hiring lifecycle—from talent mapping and sourcing to offer closure and onboarding support
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, deeply understanding team goals, skill needs, and hiring timelines
• Craft smart sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, and proactive networking
