Key Responsibilities

  • Support managers with performance management, disciplinary matters, and grievances in alignment with the relevant legislation. Ensure compliance with EEO, discrimination, and workplace legislation.
  • Maintain policies, procedures and templates. Managing and developing the HR function in accordance with company strategy
  • Driving performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • HR reporting metrics and monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
  • Ensuring correct contracts are aligned with the appropriate awards
  • Support change management processes and initiatives to enable business growth
