Key Responsibilities
- Support managers with performance management, disciplinary matters, and grievances in alignment with the relevant legislation. Ensure compliance with EEO, discrimination, and workplace legislation.
- Maintain policies, procedures and templates. Managing and developing the HR function in accordance with company strategy
- Driving performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- HR reporting metrics and monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Ensuring correct contracts are aligned with the appropriate awards
- Support change management processes and initiatives to enable business growth
