Job Description

A Human Resources Supervisor coordinates and implements department agenda and projects, as assigned. Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management.

**What will I be doing?**

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

+ Taking an active role on the contributing to the business and HR agenda.
+ Supporting all business functions in terms of human resources management.
+ Follow-up the financial and administrative month end reports
+ Manage and control payroll and entity process
+ Assisting and consulting team members about Human Resources issues.
+ Coordinating implementation of policies and strategies.
+ Ensuring compliance with corporate and hotel Human Resources guidelines, policies, and procedures, as well as labor law, rules, and regulations.
