Responsibilities

  • Assists in Human Resource functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
  • Coordinates company-sponsored employee services and activities to increase employee engagement.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Maintains company table of organization and employee directory.
  • Validates whether filtered resumes meet the requirements of existing vacancies. Encodes applicants’ personal details and updates status of applications.
  • Do call-outs to invite applicants for interview and communicates with them if they pass phone screening.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or similar
  • At least 2 years related work experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Outstanding administrative and communication skills
