Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assists in Human Resource functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Coordinates company-sponsored employee services and activities to increase employee engagement.
- Assists in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Maintains company table of organization and employee directory.
- Validates whether filtered resumes meet the requirements of existing vacancies. Encodes applicants’ personal details and updates status of applications.
- Do call-outs to invite applicants for interview and communicates with them if they pass phone screening.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or similar
- At least 2 years related work experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
