Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor (Generalist) with a focus on Employee Relations to guide and support employees and managers while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR functions, company procedures, and labor law knowledge. The role requires a proactive approach, implementing and maintaining labor relations programs, policies, and procedures, and staying updated on employee relations trends and legal changes.
