We are seeking an HR Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide first-line HR support to current and former employees.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for responding to employee inquiries via identified contact channels, serving as a subject matter expert for Tier 1 support, managing cases within Salesforce, and providing a smooth experience for HR customers. This role requires knowledge across all HR specializations (HR Policies, Benefits, HRIS etc.) and accurate resolution of questions within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate customer requests through established communication channels ensuring timely resolution.
