About this Position

Our client is looking for an HR Technician to join our team in a food industry company located in Murcia.

Responsibilities:

  • Tasks related to personnel administration.
  • Employee registration and deregistration in the Social Security System (Sistema Red).
  • Preparation of payroll and social security contributions.
  • Drafting employment contracts and registering them in CONTRAT@.
  • Procedures related to Social Security (CASIA).
  • Use of applications such as SILTRA, DELTA, IT/AT.
  • Management of collective bargaining agreements.
  • Resolving employee-related issues.
  • Experience in developing equality plans.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30, with a 30-minute snack break and 1-hour lunch break.
  • Summer intensive schedule: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00.
