About this Position
Our client is looking for an HR Technician to join our team in a food industry company located in Murcia.
Responsibilities:
- Tasks related to personnel administration.
- Employee registration and deregistration in the Social Security System (Sistema Red).
- Preparation of payroll and social security contributions.
- Drafting employment contracts and registering them in CONTRAT@.
- Procedures related to Social Security (CASIA).
- Use of applications such as SILTRA, DELTA, IT/AT.
- Management of collective bargaining agreements.
- Resolving employee-related issues.
- Experience in developing equality plans.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30, with a 30-minute snack break and 1-hour lunch break.
- Summer intensive schedule: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00.
