About the Role

Vroutes HR is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure across core HR functions with structured training for a period of 3 months. High-performing trainees will be absorbed into a full-time role as Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) upon successful completion of the training program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination
  • Support HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, employee records, and HRMIS updates
