Job Overview:


We are hiring a dynamic HR & Training Officer to manage core human resource functions with a special focus on employee training and development. This role requires someone passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and driving continuous learning across the organization.



Key Responsibilities



HR Responsibilities:



• Coordinate recruitment: posting job ads, screening CVs, arranging interviews

• Prepare and maintain employee records and contracts

• Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures

• Support payroll and attendance tracking

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws

• Handle day-to-day employee requests and HR queries



Training & Development:



• Identify employee training needs in collaboration with department heads

• Organize and schedule in-house or external training programs

• Develop onboarding training sessions for new hires

• Monitor training attendance and gather feedback to measure effectiveness

• Build a yearly training calendar aligned with company goals

• Evaluate and update training materials to keep them relevant and engaging



Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

• Solid understanding of training and development programs
