Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mandaluyong City, NCR.

The Leadership Development Supervisor plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing initiatives for new and tenured Leaders across all companies. This requires a seasoned leadership development expert with proven skills in solution design, strong facilitation capabilities (virtual and in-person), and a comprehensive understanding of leadership principles and practices.
