Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates via job boards, social media, and headhunting
Post job openings and screen resumes
Schedule and support interviews
Communicate with candidates via email and LinkedIn
Assist with AI-driven HR and recruitment tasks
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Journalism, Arts, or related fields
Preferred: MBA (all specializations), M.Sc., M.Eng./M.E., M.Ed., and postgraduate diplomas/certifications
Strong English communication skills
Chinese language skills are a plus
Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources
