Schlegel Villages is excited to announce an opportunity for a Human Resources / Labour Relations (HR/LR) Partner to join our Support Office team. This Village-facing role will work closely with our leaders across the Villages, providing hands‑on HR and LR support to help them thrive in their roles and serve their teams. Created in alignment with the growth of our organization, this position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact. You’ll be supported by our Sr. Director of Labour Relations and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to fostering strong partnerships and a positive workplace culture.

The hiring salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000, based on experience.

This is a full time role with a current vacancy.
