Job Description

As a Controls Service Technician III, you will work as a part of the LONG Service Team to support our Customer Base and Impact-Driven Service (Commercial HVAC Controls Service) offering that includes Fault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD) software and task management. The Controls Service Technician III will work with the Service Supervisor, HVAC Systems & Energy Analysts, salespeople, other Controls Service Technicians, dispatchers, and contract administrators to support our service offerings for our clients. As a Controls Service Technician III, you will leverage your experience and skills to support our Impact-Driven Service offering that includes Fault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD) by understanding the diagnostics and tasking from the FDD platform and bringing tasks to completion by resolving the root cause.
