HVAC Design Area Manager

As part of our organizational development and to support our growth, we are looking for an HVAC Area Manager to join our design team in Madrid . Reporting to the Entity Manager , you will play a key role in strengthening our mechanical engineering expertise and structuring the activity of the HVAC design team.

• Leading and developing the HVAC design team, ensuring daily supervision, coordination, performance management and team engagement
• Managing HVAC design projects, including planning, workload allocation, scheduling, budget control and quality of deliverables
• Optimizing resources and organization, ensuring efficient use of human and technical resources to meet cost, quality and deadline objectives
