HVAC Design Area Manager

As part of our organizational development and to support our growth, we are looking for an HVAC Area Manager to join our design team in Madrid .

Reporting to the Entity Manager , you will play a key role in strengthening our mechanical engineering expertise and structuring the activity of the HVAC design team .

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing the HVAC design team , ensuring daily supervision, coordination, performance management and team engagement,

• Managing HVAC design projects , including planning, workload allocation, scheduling, budget control and quality of deliverables,

• Optimizing resources and organization , ensuring efficient use of human and technical resources to meet cost, quality and deadline objectives,
