HVAC Design Engineer

The HVAC Designer/ Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of HVAC systems for various residential, multifamily housing and commercial projects

Responsibilities:

· HVAC systems design includes heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, multifamily housing and commercial projects.

· Develop and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

· Perform load calculations, energy modeling, equipment selection, duct sizing, and Hydronic pipes sizing.

· Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (CMC, UMC, IMC, CEES, CPC, CGC, CFC, NFPA, ASHRAE, SMACNA).

· Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications using design software (AutoCAD, Revit).
