Job Description

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, manage customer data, prepare sales reports, and coordinate between departments.
  • Manage sales documents and databases
  • Coordinate customer communications and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations
  • Perform data entry and reporting as needed
  • Help with order processing and tracking
  • Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration or related field is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in reports generation, excellent coordination abilities, and familiarity with CRM software.
