Job Description
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, manage customer data, prepare sales reports, and coordinate between departments.
- Manage sales documents and databases
- Coordinate customer communications and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Support the preparation of sales presentations
- Perform data entry and reporting as needed
- Help with order processing and tracking
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration or related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in reports generation, excellent coordination abilities, and familiarity with CRM software.
