Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on a wide range of HVAC equipment across multiple school sites.
• Work with equipment including VRV/VRF systems, split systems, heat recovery units (HRUs), fan coil units (FCUs), air handling units (AHUs) and associated mechanical ventilation equipment.
• Travel daily across a defined route of school properties and work independently.
