Summary of the position
We are recruiting for a highly skilled HVAC engineer, who is capable of leading, supporting and mentoring junior engineers within the petrochemical/chemical industry. Professionals with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of relevant design experience in the industry sectors of Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Petrochemical and having good knowledge in the following:
• ASHRAE and SMACNA standards
• Familiar with the ASME, API, ISA, IEC and other industry related standards
• Shall be organized, motivated and team worker
Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the role
• Leading a group of HVAC engineers/designers
• Running Quality management, project reviews and HVAC scope
• Taking ownership of the project progress, budget and technical review
• HVAC deliverables, also review FAT/3 D/Coord meetings, etc.
• Provide experience during support of site work
• 10+ years of HVAC engineering and design work within the refinery, petrochemical and offshore industry
• Experience with international standards
• Design software experience with HAP
• F&G Knowledge (Optional)
• TELECOM knowledge (Optional)
Technical Skills:
Auto CAD, MICROSTATION, Smart Plant Review, NAVISWORKS, HAP Carrier, Microsoft Office
