Salary: £37,000 - £42,000

Hours: Monday-Friday | 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for a fully qualified HVAC Engineer to join our team on a static commercial site based in the South of Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC engineer looking for a stable, weekday-only role with strong benefits, training, and long-term progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on HVAC and air conditioning systems
• Attending to reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and breakdowns
• Working on AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, split systems, and ventilation equipment
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
• Supporting wider building services and assisting with other site duties as required
