We’re Hiring: HVAC Engineering / Technical Lead
(MEP BIM – EU Commercial Projects)
📍 Puducherry, India
🏢 Office-first role (up to 3 days WFH per week in exceptional cases)
🌍 Projects: Belgium & EU – Commercial Buildings
We deliver HVAC BIM and engineering for Belgian and EU commercial projects where engineering discipline and technical correctness are non-negotiable.
We are hiring an HVAC Engineering / Technical Lead to take ownership of HVAC technical quality and lead review and QA discipline within a growing delivery team.
This is not a senior modeler role.
This is not a coordination-only role.
This is a review, QA/QC, and technical leadership role.
This role is for you if:
- You can review and correct HVAC designs, not just model them
- You routinely catch design, sizing, or system-logic mistakes before clients do
- You are comfortable saying “this is wrong” — and clearly explaining why
- You want technical authority and accountability, not ...
