Vector's client located in Mentor, Ohio is looking for an HVAC Estimator to join their team of maintenance facility management professionals as they provide valuable services to banks, restaurants and other facilities.



$50k/yr., or based on experience



Key Responsibilities

  • Understands contract service requirements for all clients.
  • Maintains excellent customer and contractor relations.
  • Gathers all required information in order to effectively and efficiently produce accurate quotes that fall within gross profit parameters and contract limitations.
  • Maintains an HVAC quote file for reference by authorized associates requiring information.
  • Reviews all quoting activities on a daily basis to ensure all required quotes have been prepared and distributed and that all approved quotes have been relayed to the appropriate contractors.
