**Qualifications:**

- Over 10 years of experience in HVAC installation, particularly in commercial settings.
- Demonstrated ability to lead installation crews and manage project schedules.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and controls.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a knack for team development.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and compliance.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience with VRF systems is a plus, though not required.
- Relevant HVAC certifications and licenses are advantageous.
