**Job Description**
This position will report directly to one of the Facilities Plant Engineering Supervisor and will have direct responsibility to service and maintain a wide variety of electrical systems throughout the facility. This position may also require local coordination and oversight of electrical contractors during construction and maintenance projects. The facility is a campus of three buildings located in Greenlawn, NY, and has approximately 440,000 square feet of office, lab and manufacturing space.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ High School diploma or GED
+ EPA 608 Certification
+ Must have at least 4 years of commercial/industrial experience in the HVAC trade.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Familiarity with Niagara Tridium building automation system
+ Commercial plumbing license
